Radiobiological rationale for RT–drug interaction
Conflicting/unresolved—inhibitors may be radioprotective (restoring redox/DDR) or radiosensitizing (suppressing HR) (Molenaar et al., Oncogene, 2018; Rudà et al., Nature Reviews Neurology, 2024). Given this uncertainty, the side-effect direction is likewise unclear; if radioprotective, no added normal-tissue side-effects would be expected.

Ivosidenib combined with SBRT, without concurrent use of
drugs from other classes.
