Radiobiological rationale for RT–drug interaction
Immunologically synergistic (RT debulks, induces ICD/cGAS-STING, ↑antigen/MHC-I, enhances trafficking/persistence), not a DNA-level sensitizer (Minn et al., Lancet Oncology, 2019; Hauth et al., JAMA Oncology, 2021). No in-field radiosensitization of normal tissue; theoretical adverse event concerns are immune/inflammatory (enhanced cytokine release or local inflammation).
Data on this page refer exclusively to patients treated with
Lifileucel combined with SBRT, without concurrent use of
drugs from other classes.
