Radiobiological rationale for RT–drug interaction
Theoretical immune synergy via Treg depletion; no DNA-level sensitization (Yoshie, Cancers, 2021; Maeda et al., Nature Communications, 2021). Because it removes regulatory T cells and can drive severe cutaneous/immune reactions, a theoretical increase in cutaneous/immune inflammation overlapping in-field skin reactions is conceivable.

Mogamulizumab combined with SBRT, without concurrent use of
drugs from other classes.
