Radiobiological rationale for RT–drug interaction
Immunologically synergistic (RT-enhanced ADCC), not a DNA-level sensitizer (Cash et al., Journal of Clinical Oncology, 2025; Anderson et al., Clinical Cancer Research, 2022). The principal class adverse event is severe neuropathic pain and capillary-leak/hypersensitivity from the antibody itself; theoretical overlap of RT-induced inflammation with antibody-mediated inflammation could aggravate local reactions.

Naxitamab combined with SBRT, without concurrent use of
drugs from other classes.
