RT–Drug Timing Window
Radiobiological rationale for RT–drug interaction
Theoretical immune synergy (LAG-3 upregulated post-RT). Like other checkpoint blockade, the anticipated theoretical added risk is immune-related (potentiated irAEs/pneumonitis) rather than classic in-field injury (Sinha et al., Clinical Cancer Research, 2026).
Data on this page refer exclusively to patients treated with
Relatlimab combined with SBRT, without concurrent use of
drugs from other classes.
Combination therapy data and pooled group-level evidence are available on the
Anti-LAG-3 mAb group page.
