RT–Drug Timing Window
Radiobiological rationale for RT–drug interaction
Radiosensitizing in MET-dependent tumors (blocks RT-induced MET, ATR-CHK1-CDC25, PI3K/ERK); enhanced in p53-deficient cells, absent in MET–wild-type (Ramesh et al., International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, Physics, 2024; Mikami et al., Molecular Cancer Research, 2015). Driver-restricted sensitization implies limited added normal-tissue adverse events in theory.
Data on this page refer exclusively to patients treated with
Tepotinib combined with SBRT, without concurrent use of
drugs from other classes.
Combination therapy data and pooled group-level evidence are available on the
MET targeting TKI group page.
