Data: details & interpretation
Excerpts from the LINACS publication (Sundahl et al., Radiother Oncol 2026):

“One prospective study[1] included nine patients treated with olaratumab and SRT (wmFUP: 24mo). The patients received SRT to the brain, lung, head and neck region or pelvis. Olaratumab was paused in only one patient. No hgRTAEs were reported.

In summary, data remains too limited to draw conclusions.”

Radiobiological rationale for RT–drug interaction
No radiosensitization demonstrated (reduced microvessel density without tumor growth-delay benefit), though evidence is very limited (Song et al., EBioMedicine, 2019).
The data above refer to patients treated with Anti-PDGFRα mAb as the sole drug class, excluding any concurrent use of drugs from other groups.
Individual Drugs

Select a drug to view its individual evidence base (drug + SBRT, no other concurrent systemic drugs). Drugs without available data are shown greyed out.
