Radiobiological rationale for RT–drug interaction
Radiosensitizing in FGFR-dependent tumors (↓MAPK/PI3K-AKT, nuclear PTEN) (Fisher et al., International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, Physics, 2020; SenthilKumar et al., Molecular Cancer Therapeutics, 2020). Sensitization tracks pathway dependence rather than ubiquitous expression, so added normal-tissue side-effects is theoretically modest, though the class's baseline mucocutaneous/nail effects could overlap with in-field skin/mucosal reactions.
The data above refer to patients treated with FGFR targeting TKI as the sole drug class,
excluding any concurrent use of drugs from other groups.
Individual Drugs
Select a drug to view its individual evidence base (drug + SBRT, no other concurrent systemic drugs). Drugs without available data are shown greyed out.
