Radiobiological rationale for RT–drug interaction
Radiosensitizing via MMAE (G2/M arrest, ↑DSBs) (Mortaja et al., NPJ Precision Oncology, 2025). Antigen targeting limits field sensitization in theory, but the drug's severe cutaneous adverse events provides a rationale for aggravated radiation dermatitis where skin lies in the field.
