Radiosensitizing via the MMAE payload (anti-tubulin, DNA-damage-enhancing) (Mortaja et al., NPJ Precision Oncology, 2025). Antigen restriction limits theoretical field side-effects, though the drug's ocular and bleeding adverse events are class-specific concerns.
